On the tracks that have percussion, I combined many different sounds and samples, layering them thick and taking them apart slowly. On 'Hildale' and 'Bliss', I focused on single loops and samples, and layered heavy on the effects and made the tracks as dreamy as possible. "Walking Through the City" is composed entirely of phone recordings I collected; the song begins in a Walmart in Las Vegas and ends on a street in Lisbon Portugal.
